INVITATION
It is our pleasure to invite you to the XVII Argentine Meeting of Sedimentology (RAS). This prestigious scientific event is held every two years in Argentina since 1986. Bringing together the most renowned national and international specialists and researchers, in order to exchange knowledge and experiences, and coordinate joint actions along with academic experts, students and institutions linked to the scientific, industrial and tourist development.
The RAS Meeting is aimed at presenting scientific advances in the fields of sedimentology and applied stratigraphy to the analysis of sedimentary basins. For the first time, it will take place in Argentina’s northeast region (Argentine Mesopotamia, Chaco and Northern Pampa). The privileged geographical location of Paraná city -on the left bank of the Paraná River- will allow participants to go on scientific field trips both on land and through the river.
The XVII RAS will take place from the 8 to 11 of June, 2020 in Paraná city, Entre Ríos, Argentina.
Abstract Submission Deadline: February 20th 2020.
